Indaga Privacy Policy
Indaga ("we") is made by Luis Torres. This policy explains what the Indaga app for iPhone, iPad and Mac collects and why.
What we collect
Account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier from that provider and, if you share them, your name and email address. With Sign in with Apple your email may be a private relay address. You can also use Indaga as a guest without an account.
Device check. To give free credits once per device, we use Apple’s DeviceCheck service, which tells us whether this device already received them. It does not identify you or your device to us.
Your content. The goals, questions, context, personas, pasted notes or data, and prototype files you enter, any website addresses you ask Indaga to read, and the briefs, personas and answers Indaga creates for you.
Website reading. When you give Indaga a website (yours or a competitor’s), our server reads that site’s public pages to inform your brief. We don’t log in to sites or read private pages.
Purchases. Records of your subscription and credit purchases, which Apple sends to us so we can add credits to your account and keep your subscription status up to date.
How we use it
Only to run Indaga for you: to produce your briefs, keep your library available on your devices, grant the credits you bought, and keep the service within fair-use limits. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
Who processes it
Our servers and database run on Google Cloud in the United States.
To create briefs, your content is sent to AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google) through OpenRouter. We instruct OpenRouter to use only providers that do not train on your data.
Apple processes Sign in with Apple, DeviceCheck and payments; Google processes Sign in with Google. Each does so under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting your account (in the app: You → Delete account; on Mac: Indaga → Settings → Delete account) permanently removes your profile, briefs, runs, documents and sessions, and any pasted data and website text stored with them. We keep anonymised purchase and credit records needed for accounting and to prevent the same purchase from being applied twice.
Your choices
You can export a brief as a document, delete individual items, or delete your whole account in the app. For any other request, including access to your data, email [email protected].
Children
Indaga is not directed to children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page and the date above if this policy changes.
